We can work with photos from digital cameras or scanned prints from film cameras. To ensure the quality of the photo, we recommend the photos are at least 150 dpi,
and no greater than 300 dpi (dots per inch) resolution. The higher the resolution, the better the quality. The format of the digital photo should be sent as a JPG
file. If you decide to change a photo at the proofing stage, there will be an additional $25.00 set-up fee added to your order. Your satisfaction is our ultimate
goal, so please make sure you select a photo you're happy with.
Do I have to use a digital camera?
You can use whatever camera you have available. We do love digital cameras because you can take as many pictures as you want and can immediately see if they will
work or not. If you don't own a digital camera, you can mail the photo to us and we will scan the photo for you. All photos will be returned with your order.
My pictures are in color. Can you convert them to black and white?
Yes! In fact, we prefer to do it ourselves. We have a special process for doing the conversion and we prefer to receive your unedited file from your camera or s
canner. We'll take care of color conversion, cropping, and any other editing.
Can I use photos from a professional photographer?
Although we prefer not to, we can use the professional photo as long as you provide a release from the photographer.
Can all the designs accommodate for boys and girls?
Yes! We can work with any design to accommodate for both genders.
Do your designs work for twins, triplets, or multiple births?
Yes! Since every order is custom designed just for you, we can make it perfect for your unique situation.
Do your designs work for adoptions?
Yes! Again, since every order is custom designed just for you, we can make it perfect for your unique situation.
How do you print my return address on the envelopes?
Return addresses are printed on the flap of the envelope, in black ink and will match the font used in the design chosen. If you want the return address printed in
color, a fee applies ($0.25 per envelope).
What kind of paper is used for the top layer of the designs?
We use a premium stock paper and the weight is 80 lb. cover.
When will I receive my proof?
We will create your design and email your proof within 2 - 3 business days of receiving your order and your photo(s). Orders that are placed after 3:00 p.m. CST will be processed the next business day.
When will I receive my order?
Normal turnaround time is 7 - 10 business days from the day the order is received or when the final proof is approved. If you would like your order shipped
sooner, there is a rush fee of $15.00.
How much are shipping fees?
We ship all our orders via UPS Ground. The costs are:Ground - $10.00 Second Day Air - $25.00 Third Day Air - $15.00 What payment methods do you take?
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards - American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time we can only take orders within the United States.
What is your return policy?
If you're not happy with our products (not including custom orders), simply return the product(s) within 14 days and we will give you a full refund. Sorry, we cannot
refund shipping fees.
Can I cancel my custom order?
An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. However, after 24 hours, there are no refunds on custom orders.
